These terms apply to the Office Hasegawa Marketplace apps Worklog Compliance for Jira, Attachment Review & Cleanup for Confluence, and Duplicate Issue Finder for Jira (each an “App”). They supplement, and do not replace, the applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms, Atlassian customer agreement, and your organization's agreements.
1. Provider and acceptance
Provider: Office Hasegawa, a sole proprietorship, at Shibuya Dogenzaka Tokyu Building 2F-C, 1-10-8 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0043, Japan.
Contact: [email protected].
- By installing, enabling, or using an App, the installing organization agrees to these terms.
- The organization must ensure its users are authorized to use the App and that its use complies with applicable law and organizational policy.
- If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. License and billing
- Subject to these terms and an active Marketplace entitlement when required, we grant the installing organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App with the Atlassian Cloud product for which it is listed.
- Atlassian Marketplace handles listing, subscriptions, license status, trials, and billing.
- Prices, eligible free tiers, billing intervals, taxes, cancellation, and refunds are those shown by Atlassian at purchase. This page does not set or promise a price.
- The App may restrict paid features if Atlassian reports that no active entitlement exists, subject to Marketplace rules.
3. App-specific limits and responsibilities
Worklog Compliance for Jira
- Reports reflect only worklogs and issues accessible to the account used for the check, within the selected rules and processing limits. Partial results are not complete records.
- This App is a worklog coverage aid, not payroll, attendance, timekeeping, or a legal-compliance system.
- Administrators are responsible for configuring targets, permissions, and any user notice or consent required for scheduled checks.
Attachment Review & Cleanup for Confluence
- Reference analysis is conservative and may not detect every macro, page region, comment, or inaccessible reference. Unknown results must be reviewed manually.
- The App moves selected attachments to Confluence trash after a fresh confirmation and current permission/version checks; it does not permanently purge files.
- Administrators are responsible for reviewing selections and restoring items through Confluence if needed.
Duplicate Issue Finder for Jira
- Suggestions are text-similarity candidates, not a determination that issues are duplicates. The score is not a probability or quality guarantee.
- Results may be incomplete or unrelated and must be reviewed by a person.
- The App does not create, link, merge, or modify Jira issues.
4. Acceptable use and access
You may use an App only with Atlassian products and data you are authorized to access.
Do not:
- Violate law or bypass product permissions
- Interfere with the service, probe or attack systems, or upload malicious content
- Misrepresent App output as verified complete or as professional legal, payroll, audit, or security advice
Atlassian product permissions and app access rules continue to apply.
5. Customer data and privacy
As between the parties, the customer retains its rights in its Jira and Confluence data. We process customer content only to provide and support the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. The customer is responsible for having authority to provide the data and for configuring user access. Atlassian's platform terms govern the underlying Atlassian services.
6. Availability, changes, and support
We may maintain, update, or discontinue an App or feature in accordance with applicable Marketplace rules and law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular response time. Support is available at [email protected]; include the App name, Atlassian product, and a description of the issue. Do not email passwords, secrets, or customer content unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
7. Warranty and liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the Apps are provided “as available” without a promise that results will be complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular decision.
- Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or decisions made solely from app output.
- These terms do not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Suspension and termination
The organization may stop using an App and uninstall it at any time, subject to Atlassian's subscription and cancellation terms. We may suspend or end access where required by law, security, Marketplace rules, or a material breach, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, stop using the App and uninstall it. Atlassian controls the handling and deletion timing of Forge platform records after uninstall.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for a new App version or legal requirement. We will update the effective date and give notice through an appropriate Marketplace or product channel when required. The law and dispute process that apply to the Marketplace purchase and the customer agreement govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections in the customer's jurisdiction. These terms do not remove any non-waivable rights.
