The Service is a listening-focused language learning app that lets users create and play learning items with audio. It provides features such as browsing and playing official items, creating your own items, and managing playlists.
2. Accounts
- Some features of the Service require account registration.
- You are responsible for registering accurate information and keeping it up to date.
- If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please contact us promptly.
3. Plans and Fees
- The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (Pro).
- The fees and contents of the paid plan are as displayed on the Service.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
- Web payments are processed through Stripe.
- iOS payments and subscription management use Apple In-App Purchase.
- As a rule, no refunds are provided for services already rendered (such as audio generation).
4. User Content
Items created by users (text and audio) belong to the users themselves. However, you agree to the processing of your data to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Creating or using illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Misuse or reverse engineering of the Service
- Harassment of other users
- Registering false information
- Unauthorized access to the Service's systems
- Acts that infringe intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks
6. Changes to or Termination of the Service

- Jurisdiction: the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes concerning the Service.
