These Terms govern business use of OshiPOS in Japan, a service provided by Office Hasegawa.
1. Provider and scope
OshiPOS is an event-sales, closing, and settlement-support service provided by Office Hasegawa. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Accounts and customer responsibilities
- Keep registration information accurate and protect your credentials.
- Tenant administrators are responsible for authority to enter staff and performer information, notices to those people, access permissions, and distribution of reports.
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law, third-party rights, and your organization’s policies.
3. Plans, payment, and cancellation
Free is free of charge. Standard is JPY 4,980 per month and Pro is JPY 9,800 per month, including Japanese consumption tax. Standard and Pro include a 30-day trial, and a credit card is required at signup. The selected plan and checkout terms apply. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly price is automatically charged and the subscription converts to the paid plan. Stripe processes payments. Cancel from the app’s billing page; cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund a used period except where required by law.
4. Customer data and settlement features
You retain rights in the business data you submit. Processing is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. OshiPOS provides recordkeeping, calculation, and reporting tools. Calculations for sales, commissions, deductions, or withholding are outputs based on data and settings entered by you. They are informational tools, not accounting, tax, payroll, legal-compliance advice, or a guarantee of compliance. A responsible customer representative must verify records and calculations before finalizing them.
5. Prohibited use and suspension
You must not use the service unlawfully, enter or access data without authority, attack the service, transmit malware, or infringe third-party rights. We may reasonably restrict or suspend access to protect security, comply with law, or address a material breach.
6. Service and liability
Maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages may affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee error-free calculations, synchronization, reports, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, mandatory legal liability, or non-waivable consumer rights.
7. Termination, changes, and governing law
You may cancel or request account deletion. Data export, deletion, and retention after termination are governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email and obtain consent when required. Japanese law governs these terms, and the Tokyo District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law.
