- Service
- Cloud software for a store to manage applicants, interviews and trial shifts, compensation offers, and onboarding. Each subscription covers one physical store.
- Price
- Free trial: 30 days after store registration, with no charge. Pro: JPY 12,800 per store per month, inclusive of applicable taxes. Stripe Checkout collects a billing address and calculates applicable tax automatically based on the seller’s tax registrations, the customer’s location, and Stripe settings. Any applicable tax is shown before confirmation.
- Payment method and timing
- Choose an available payment method shown in Stripe Checkout when separately subscribing to Pro. After payment is confirmed, recurring charges are collected monthly on each renewal date. Ending the free trial never automatically starts a paid subscription or a charge.
- Service availability
- The free trial starts when store registration is completed. Pro access starts after payment is confirmed by Stripe.
- Cancellation
- The contract owner can schedule cancellation at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked from the app. The effective date and access period are those displayed by Stripe and TrialOps during the cancellation process.
- Returns and refunds
- Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds after service begins are generally not provided, except where required by law.
- System requirements
- Current major web browsers and an internet connection. Applicants can submit onboarding documents. Submitted files are not automatically scanned for malware.
